These terms govern the use of Trova la Margherita, the Conad promotional activity at Cous Cous Fest 2026 in San Vito Lo Capo, available at conad.couscousfest.it. By registering you accept these terms. The Italian version prevails in case of discrepancy.
1. Who runs it
The activity is promoted by PAC 2000A Società Cooperativa (Conad (PAC 2000A)). The platform is built and operated by Feedback S.r.l. unipersonale, organiser of Cous Cous Fest.
2. Who can take part
- Anyone aged 14 or over.
- With one registration per person, using a valid email address you have access to.
- During the opening days and hours of the 2026 edition of the festival.
Participation is free and requires no purchase.
3. How it works
- You register with first name, last name, email, city of origin and length of stay, and confirm access with the code sent by email.
- 6 Conad QR codes are placed around the festival area. Each QR you scan, in any order, colours one petal of your daisy. The same QR counts only once.
- You can scan the QR codes with the site's scanner or with your phone camera, which opens the link contained in the QR.
- When all 6 petals are coloured, your daisy is complete and the site shows you the collection screen.
4. The gadget
- Whoever completes the daisy may collect a Conad gadget by showing the completion screen at the Conad stand in the Expo Village, during the stand's opening hours and on festival days.
- The gadget is a symbolic item offered as part of a brand promotional activity. The type of gadget may vary during the event.
- One gadget per participant, while stocks last. Delivery is not guaranteed once stocks run out.
- The gadget cannot be transferred, replaced or exchanged for cash or other goods.
- Staff may check that the details shown on the screen match the person collecting.
5. Fair play
To give everyone the same experience, it is not allowed to:
- remove, move, cover, copy or reproduce the QR codes;
- create multiple accounts or use other people's details;
- use programs, scripts or other automated means to interact with the site;
- attempt to access restricted areas or tamper with the service.
In case of breach, the promoter may suspend or cancel participation and refuse to hand over the gadget, without prejudice to any other remedy.
6. Service availability
The site is provided as is. We do our best to keep it running during the festival, but we do not guarantee that it will always be reachable or error-free: interruptions may depend on the network, your device, camera permissions or maintenance. The promoter may change, suspend or end the activity for organisational reasons or causes beyond its control. To the extent permitted by law, the promoter and Feedback S.r.l. unipersonale are not liable for damages arising from the inability to take part or to collect the gadget.
7. Intellectual property
The Conad and Cous Cous Fest trademarks, the daisy artwork and the site contents belong to their respective owners. They may not be reproduced or used outside participation in the activity.
8. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy notice and the cookie policy.
9. Duration and changes
These terms apply to the 2026 edition of Cous Cous Fest. They may be updated; the version in force is the one published on the site, with the revision date at the top.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes with consumers fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the consumer's place of residence or domicile in Italy.
